Great location just a short walk from the beach! the units have a fabulous terrace where you can chill out and enjoy the view. 🌴

The room was nice styled and well-equipped with television with satellite channels, a mini-fridge-bar, and a microwave oven.

the staff was very very helpful and the owner too. the double room we stayed in was stylish with terrace. the room had an electric kettle, a mini-fridge-bar, and a microwave plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures.

The value for money at this place was fantastic - I got more than my money's worth. The room was clean, well-maintained, and had the best WiFi I've experienced in Morocco. The location was perfect, close to the beach and just a short walk to town. The staff treated me with really good hospitality and provided great recommendations for exploring Rabat.

The guest room is super clean, and it's got a nice terrace. Inside, there's a microwave, coffee maker, and fridge for your convenience. the staff here are really friendly and easy to talk to, just like the host 😊.

I recently stayed at Residence in Rabat, and although I was only there for a transit stay during my travels, I found two features of the hotel database to be quite convenient. the hotel is conveniently located near the airport, making it easy to access for travelers like myself. The fact that the nearest airport is only 11 km away greatly reduced the stress of commuting and allowed me to relax before continuing my journey.

While my overall experience at Residence was satisfactory, there was one minor issue that I encountered during my stay. The shared toilet and shower setup in the room was not ideal.

Clean, tidy rooms. Nice and flexible host. Close to the sea. Well-lit and ventilated. Sweet and nice cleaning lady. Fast and good internet.

The owner was incredibly helpful and professional, providing us with information on local amenities and arranging airport transportation. it was the best place we stayed in Morocco!

The only downside was that the toilet and sink were located outside the room in a separate private area. Additionally, the terrace was shared with another apartment.

The only drawbacks were that the room was a bit small for two people and the terrace was shared, made me feel a bit exposed. the lack of air conditioning in the room could be uncomfortable during hot summer months.

super clean - perfect location - the host provided awesome local insights and recommendations, and the WiFi was super fast.
